A few disclaimers:
#1- Out of my own natural desire to heal some personal health challenges, I have explored healthy eating and cooking techniques for many years. While I have tried many types of diets and worked with nutritionists for my own health; I am NOT a licensed nutritionist. What I can do is support you as you experiment with the eating style that works best for you- be it paleo, keto, vegan, vegetarian, or some combination of these. If you are looking for someone to tell you what to eat and need to identify food sensitivities, I will point you in the direction you need to go.
#2. Even though I have challenged myself to run races, triathlons, and stay active over the years, I am NOT a personal trainer. I will not be prescribing you a work-out plan. If you are looking for specific exercise support, I can point you in the right direction. What I can do is help you find the motivation to get active in ways that work best for you. And I can help keep you accountable to your goals.
#3. I am also NOT a doctor. I am NOT a therapist. I highly recommend you have one of each of these on your team.
What I am is a real person, who has been on a healing journey of my own. I am a guide, and a non-judgmental witness to your process. I can relate to the real struggles of making behavior change last.

- We will make a personalized plan that is REALISTIC for you, taking into account that you probably have a very full life of family, work and relationships already.
- We will make small, realistic actions that will lead you to the ultimate goal of living a life that you love and that is a more full expression of who you want to be.
- We will address all the dimensions of your life including nutrition and other forms of nourishment; movement; how you deal with stress; your spiritual practices; and work/life balance.
